This place is nice was greeted by multiple people. Aaron was great got everything done for the van. They gave us great options on upgrades when were ready to do that. They have a lot of space to get things done. If you have to wait the customer wait area is nice and open as well.

When we needed our van modified, then this was the place I chose, after talking with the other dealers in Omaha. Mike Sullivan did a great job of explaining the process of getting the van modified. Jay has been there with the answers to any problems that we have had. The staff does a great job.

Great customer service and extremely helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my transfer seat. The other guys wanted to charge me $500 for new motors when all that was needed was some tightening, lube and a little work on the metal piece that was worn down. Saved me $300 out of pocket cost. Go see Kent Sullivan or Tim for purchases, or Aaron or Brittany for technical problems! They'll take care of you! I just wish they were a VMI dealer.

These are the best in Omaha. First of all, the customer service representatives, Aaron and Mike, were extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly, down to earth, respectful. The gentleman who greeted us when we went in was personable. His genuine smile endeared us immediately. The facility is beautiful. Immaculately clean and well appointed. They really know how to take care of customers. There was seating near a television and seating in a kitchen area. In the kitchen area, you were offered coffee, water filtered or bottled, etc. plus fresh, tasty doughnuts and rolls. Throughout they even had candy jars for your munchy fix. All in all, regardless of the nice amenities, they are absolutely the BEST to work with.
